A tense and hilarious new play which premiered at The National Theatre of Iceland in 2025. A big party is held to celebrate the mother’s return from a stay at a sanatorium abroad. The father holds – as far as he knows – all the family threads in his hand and the daughter and son navigate a fine line they are supposed to follow. But something is not as it should be. The situation is flammable. A terrible event that stretches far back casts a shadow over the family. When their neighbors, the couple Elsa and Ellert, knock on the door with all their problems the fun begins and a long night lies ahead.
